We do participate with the most common insurance carriers listed below. As always, it is best to contact your insurance company directly to confirm network participation.

  • Delta Dental
  • MetLife
  • Aetna
  • Cigna Dental
  • United Healthcare

As a courtesy to you, our office verifies and obtains insurance benefits prior to your appointment. The information provided to us by your insurance company is not a guarantee of payment by the insurance company. We make every effort to contact your insurance company before your appointment. Insurance is not a guarantee of payment. We strongly recommend that you contact your insurance company directly to verify your benefits and network participation.

Finance Options

Many patients put off treatments and procedures because they cannot afford to pay one lump sum at the beginning of treatment. Our office offers a financing option through Proceed Finance for procedures that total $3,000 or more. This payment plan option, if you are approved, will allow you to pay over time — often without incurring interest charges. This is a great option for those wanting to pay over a period of time rather than all at once.

Financial Policy

We deliver exceptional care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience, we accept check, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.

If you have insurance that you would like us to bill on your behalf, we will accept assignment on covered services and bill your carrier directly for you. Many insurance carriers require that we collect co-pays and/or deductibles directly from the patient. If you have an office visit co-pay or an applicable deductible for a specialist, you will be expected to pay that amount at the time of service. Due to federal laws, as well as our individual contracts with the insurance carriers, we are prohibited from waiving these fees.
