MARPE / SARPE
- Surgically Assisted Rapid Palatal Expansion (SARPE) and minimally invasive techniques such as Miniscrew Assisted Rapid Palatal Expansion (MARPE) are procedures that help widen the upper jaw.
- These procedures may be considered when orthodontic treatment alone cannot create enough space for proper alignment and airway support.

Frenuloplasty
- A frenuloplasty is a minor procedure that releases tight tissue under the tongue (commonly called a tongue-tie) or in other areas of the mouth.
- This can improve mobility, support oral development, and, in some cases, reduce airway restrictions.
