COVID-19 Preparations

Dear Patients,

We understand the growing concern surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19) across the communities we serve.  In light of the evolving COVID-19 situation and following CDC recommendations, we are making every effort possible to maintain a safe environment for our patients and employees alike.  The health and safety of our patients and staff is our top priority.

Longmont Oral, Facial & Implant Surgery has been actively preparing its office and employees to prevent transmission to themselves, our patients, and visitors. We remain open and ready to provide exceptional care, abiding by the current standards for infection control. We are permitting only one caregiver to accompany patients at this time.

If you or your caregiver have traveled internationally, on any cruise ship, traveled to the mountains, or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, or are experiencing any of the symptoms (fever, fatigue, cough, shortness of breath) we MUST reschedule your appointment for a future date. Please call the office at 303-772-8870 to reschedule your appointment.

We will be screening every patient at check in to identify and limit potential exposure to COVID-19 in our office.
